In each episode, Shona Ambassador Katie Joubert (@katiejoubertt) chats honestly with cyberpsychology expert Dr. Nicola Fox Hamilton (@ about what’s really going on behind the screen. They talk about the pressures, the risks, and the stuff no one really explains, while sharing simple ways to protect your safety, set boundaries, and make your feed feel better for you.
