86% of girls in Ireland report that they sometimes feel low, anxious or stressed or that their mental health is not good. We get it! That’s why we want to have open and honest conversations with people who have experienced this in their own lives. We also want to explore some ways that we can help ourselves while equally knowing how and when to access professional help, just like Molly and Tara do in the new Anxiety Suite which is supported by our friends at VHI.
